Terms & Conditions


Check In

Check-in is 14.00 hrs. (2:00 p.m.) unless otherwise arranged with our Condorentalshuahin Manager.

Check Out

Check-out is 12:00 hrs. (noon) unless otherwise arranged at least 24 hours in advance of departure. Failure to check out by this time may result in a surcharge to your security deposit.


Only those persons stipulated on the booking form may reside at the property as guests. Please notify us, as soon as possible, of any changes.

The number of people staying at the property must not exceed the maximum capacity specified, except in the case of infants (under two years old), or unless specifically authorized.

Sorry, no pets. Also please note that our condos are non-smoking units, so if you have to smoke, please use the balcony.

Should one of our representatives or management personnel find that the number of people staying at the property exceeds that on the booking form, additional guests will be subject to a per person, per day surcharge and/or may be asked to vacate the premises.


If for any reason beyond our control or due to unexpected circumstances we are unable to provide you with the rental property booked, Condorentalshuahin shall refund all payments in full, or find an alternative accommodation, suitable to, and agreed to by, the registered party.

Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit of 20,000 baht may be required at the time of arrival. This is to cover the cost of any damage or breakages during the rental period of the Rental property or its contents. It may also be used to cover the cost of telephone calls and other services rendered. This amount will be returned to you at the time of departure, less any such costs.


All property descriptions provided by Blue Lagoon Resort , the website and elsewhere, are made in good faith. Condorentalshuahin accepts no responsibility for any modifications made by the Resort management, which are not mentioned on the web page or anywhere else.

However, if any problems occur, we will endeavour to do our best to resolve any problems as quickly as possible.


Booking Policy
The rental confirmation becomes a binding agreement when you pay your rental deposit. Your confirmation constitutes your acceptance and agreement to these terms, conditions, limitations and restrictions, as printed below.

Confirmation of Availability
Upon receipt of a request for availability, the applicable rental rates and the amount of deposit required will be confirmed.

Initial Deposit
An initial deposit of 50 percent of the rental rate is required to confirm a booking. No contractual obligation will exist prior to receipt of funds. If funds are not received within seven (7) banking days, the reservation will be cancelled. Payments can be made via bank transfer or Western Union. For immediate bookings of less than one week, full payment is required.

Rental rates quoted by Condorentalshuahin are on a per night basis and quoted in Thai Baht. Rates quoted allow for maximum occupancy of the rental property as shown on the website. Rental rates include the cost of water. All condos are fully equipped with linen, crockery, utensils, towels and an initial supply of soap. Please do remember, though, that our condos are rental units, not hotel rooms.

Internet Connections

All Blue Lagoon Condos have facilities for local dial-up Internet access. It should be noted that some Internet connections are not reliable in Thailand and that Blue Lagoon Resort and Condorentalshuahin cannot be held liable (and thus cannot refund or relocate a guest) if the Internet connection is not available at a suitable speed. High-speed Internet access is available in the Resort upon request.


Each rental unit is fitted with its own separate electricity meter. In an attempt to conserve energy, included in the rate is a complimentary 50 units of electricity for each night. Should you use more than the 50 units, you are required to pay for the extra units at a rate of 5 Thai Baht for each additional unit.On monthly rentals, electricity usage is measured and charged by meter
